Refund policy
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for customized products due to their unique nature. However, if you receive a damaged item or the incorrect size/item, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your delivery. In order for us to process your replacement, we will require your name, order number, and a photo of the damage or incorrect item. Any refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
