Shipping policy

At KX Designs, all items are handmade and made to order and we work on each order as we receive them. We're all about giving you the ultimate shopping experience, from start to finish! We know how important it is to have your items arrive as soon as possible, which is why we strive to get most orders out the door within five days, often sooner if you opted for an unfinished/not sealed product. It may also arrive sooner if you select a custom handmade item, that does not need to be personalized with a name (i.e. a teacher coaster). Please make sure to fill out the personalization section. If any information is missing, we will attempt to contact customers to obtain it. Please understand that it will delay your order. We will allow up to 24 hours for a response. If at that point a response is not received, we will move forward with your order. We do not issue refunds for spelling errors.

Please allow more time for large orders. Also, please be mindful that some products may require more time to prepare due to customizations, high demand, or other factors. If you need your items sooner, or more items that shown in the listing, please contact us before placing your order. You may message us here online or reach out to us at kxdesignsllc@gmail.com. Once your order starts its journey, we will contact you with a tracking number that you can use to track its progress and approximate its delivery date. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

We offer a few shipping options to suit your needs, whether you're in a rush or just shopping ahead. But, just like your package's weight and destination, please keep in mind that those shipping rates vary too. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach out to us.
