🔧 How It Works:

1. Message Us First
   Before placing your order, please reach out with the design idea you'd like engraved. We'll confirm that your design is suitable and discuss any adjustments if needed.

2. Place Your Order
   Once we’ve approved your concept, you may place your order for the desired quantity. Be sure to select single-sided or double-sided engraving at checkout.

3. Send Your Design
   To avoid delays, send your image file at the same time as your order is placed. Files can be sent via Etsy Messenger or email (we will provide the email address upon request).

4. Mockup Approval
   You’ll receive a digital mockup within 48–72 hours of receiving your design file. We kindly ask that you review and approve it within 24–48 hours so we can fulfill your order on time.

🕒 Turnaround Time:
Production begins after mockup approval. Orders are fulfilled in the order received unless otherwise arranged.
